    With 123 days off per year for employees, an average of 11.1 days of paid holidays, and an average of 10 hours of overtime per month, C.A.S.E.S. wants to provide employees with a full range of non-work time so that they can continue working vigorously, including paid holidays in one-hour increments, encouragement of telecommuting, and a flexible work schedule with no core hours. Therefore, C.A.S.E.S. is committed to creating a comfortable work environment.

    Granting annual paid leave from the date of hire
    We have established a system that exceeds the law by granting annual paid leave to full-time employees on their first day and after three months of employment, and to non-full-time employees after three months of employment, thus responding to situations where leave is urgently needed.

    We have a system in place that allows employees to use benefit programs related to maternity and childcare leave, as well as to take them with peace of mind.
    We have achieved a 100% childcare leave take-up rate for female employees, and we also have a track record of male employees taking childcare leave.
    We also share the process of returning to work after leave with supervisors and human resources, and actively support a smooth return to work.

    Short-Time Regular Employee System
    We have introduced a short-time regular employee system that allows employees to reduce their working hours to 6 or 7 hours per day, which can be used for any reason for balancing childcare and nursing care, as well as for other private life enrichment.

    We have learned from the lessons of the Corona disaster to establish a new special leave system, and we have incorporated employee feedback to design a flexible system that responds to current conditions.

    We hold training sessions by internal and external instructors according to a yearly plan to develop employees' skills. In addition, we set individual goals for each half year and conduct personnel evaluations, including interviews, to promote personal growth and ensure fairness in evaluations.

    On March 4, 2025, based on the "Law Concerning the Promotion of the Active Role of Women in the Workplace" (hereinafter referred to as "Women's Activity Promotion Law"), we were certified as an excellent company for the promotion of women's activities, and acquired the third level, the highest level of the certification mark "Eruboshi".
