Max. 21M pixels resolution with CoaXPress interface. Using 1.3M resolution, 1/2", global shutter type SWIR sensor, this model is capable of inspecting invisible part of objects with detection wavelength spectrum from 400~1700nm. With pixel shifting controlled by piezo-actuator, camera can obtain Max. 21M images which is suitable and useful for various inspection applications such as wafer inspection, PCB inspection, food and agricultural products inspection, pharmaceutical coating and tablet inspection, classification and identification, and process quality control at factories. Must have function ready for FA applications, such as external trigger, ROI, defective pixel correction, shading correction, gain, and gamma correction.
